To participate with the Reduced Contribution to Costs apply before the First Submission Deadline of 28th October 2025.
The Full Contribution to Costs will be applied for submissions from 28th October 2025 to 27th December 2025; consequently the reduced contribution to costs will be increased, in the Full Contribution to Costs, by 23% for each artwork or group of artworks (example : groups of 5/10/15/20 artworks indicated in the table below) that you wish to exhibit at the Dubai Art Show 2026.

The Lower Level Gallery is exactly under the Upper Level Gallery
Lower Level Gallery Entrance + Fashion Show Side is located in the space from entrance to stairs ( both left and right stairs ).
VIP Emplacements are located in the Lower Level Gallery in front of the walls behind stairs, in the Entrance + Fashion Show Side.

*If all spaces have been sold at the time of your booking to participate in the Dubai Art Show 2026 as an artist, a gallery or a group representative and you still want to be on the list to exhibit your artwork/s, don't worry, you will be put on the priority list, and your contribution to costs will be used to place you in one of our future or simultaneous art events and you will be automatically assigned the space/s before any other participant who registers when applications open. The contribution to costs for a future event may vary, your contribution to costs will be deducted, if your amount is less, from the total required to participate and if the new contribution to costs is less that your amount, you will get a credit to participate in one of our upcoming events around the world.

The contribution to costs to participate to the Dubai Art Show 2026 is non-refundable; in case of force majeure or events and situations not dependent on Dubai Art Show 2026 and its organizers, the location of the exhibition of the participants' artworks may change location, event and date, which will be communicated to the participants, and the sum paid will be deducted from the contribution to costs for the participation in the new location, event, emplacements and/or new date.
The artworks can be relocated to other emplacements in the venue without notice for security, disposition or any other reasons before or during the Dubai Art Show 2026 - Burj Al Arab - Al Falak BallRoom.
Burj Al Arab is not the responsible of the Dubai Art Show 2026, do not contact the Burj Al Arab Hotel to apply in the Dubai Art Show 2026.
