How to apply 

Each artist can participate with a minimum of 2 Artworks with no restrictions for an higher number of artworks (depending on the availability of the spaces).

Admitted sizes for each artwork are:

Y) 51 cm to 170 cm (H) x Max 50cm (W)

Or

Max ± 20 in to ± 66,9 inches (H) x Max ± 19,68 in (W).

H = height;

W = Width ( Large );

D = Depth / Thickness 

in = inches ;

ft = feet.

X = small size of the artwork (check on the table of the Reduced Contribution to Costs);

Y = bigger size of the artwork ( check on the table of the Reduced Contribution to Costs).

 

WIDTH CAN BE LESS THAN 50 CM PER EACH ARTWORK BUT NO MORE THAN 50 CM ( or ±19,68 inches ).

Depth ( Thickness ) can be around a maximum of 4,5 cm ( or ±1,77 inches ).

Allowed Weight : 300/400 gr x m² = ±14 oz ) is the maximum weight of a standard canvas for paintings ( not stretched )

The admitted weight of 50 cm x 50 cm artwork made on a stretched canvas on wooden support ( chassis ) is around ± 1 kg = ± 2.2 lbs. If your artwork is heavier, please specify it to us so that we can examine whether it can be admitted ( collages are not allowed, only paintings, drawings, and prints on canvas).

There are no restrictions on the type of canvas (Example: cotton, linen, imitation hemp), but the back support must to be exclusively wood for chassis on canvas and all the materials need to be the allowed and permitted to respect safety and they can't be dangerous in any way.

 

No other sizes allowed

except for

the 2 V.I.P. Emplacements.

Specifications: 

The maximum available surface for each VIP Emplacement is 

160 cm (H) x 160 cm (W) ( ± 5,24 ft x 5,24 ft ) for your 1 to 6 artworks displayed.

If you want one or both 2 V.I.P. emplacements, we will ask you the number of artworks and each size of them to verify how and if possible to display them in each available surface.

 

All works will be measured and refused if not of the correct size or weight.

All works must to be on standard canvas for paintings and the canvas on the wooden chassis ( wooden bars ).

All works must to come with the hanging system ( with a strong metallic wire fixed behind the wood support of the canvas ).

 

Accepted artworks :

A) Original Paintings

B) Original Drawings

C) Prints on canvas : Original Digital Art or Original Photography.

The artworks are created by the participant artist

The art galleries or a representative of a group of artists will and can participate only with the artworks created by the participant artists.

 

SELECTION

After sending the completed Selection Form with the required documents and information via e-mail to cultureglobal@mail.com

selected applicants subsequently receive an e-mail with the instructions and documents to complete and sign to participate in the "Dubai Art Show®" 2026.

If you do not receive our e-mail within 72 hours please check your spam and then send a text to our WhatsApp number or contact us from our links and numbers listed in the contact page.

Do not send multiple repeated e-mails or texts to avoid confusion 

The selection committee will meet, after the Second Submission Deadline of 27th December 2025, and the selected Artists, Groups Representative and Galleries will be announced in February 2026.

There are no registration or submission fees.

*CONTRIBUTION IS DIFFERENT DEPENDING ON THE CATEGORY OF THE EMPLACEMENTS.

 

 

All works must to come with the hanging system ( a strong metallic wire fixed on the wood support of the canvas like in the image ).

Visit the page " SEND ARTWORKS WITH US " ( also if you bring artworks by yourself) to know how and what to write on the flat biggest side of your packages ( arrow, name/s + last name/s, assigned number) : find images in that page. 

SOLO ARTISTS :

Read the page " HOW TO INSTALL YOUR ARTWORKS" if you bring your artworks ( minimum 2 artworks ) to the Dubai Art Show and you will hang them and collect them personally at the end of the event, or we can do it all if you choose to send your works with us via our partner, the international logistic company : for this option READ the page "SEND ARTWORKS WITH US".

Special discount for solo artists and participant friends* 

Invite another artist to participate and you both get a 5% discount ( maximum 3 invited artists : you + 3 ). (* Discount Not applicable to V.I.P. emplacements and Not applicable to the already Lower Contribution for multiple artworks : Ex : 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 works : they are already discounted in the table ).

 

GALLERIES and GROUPS:

Read the page " HOW TO INSTALL YOUR ARTWORKS" if you bring personally a minimum of ten artists with 1 artwork per artist (in this way the artist can participate with one work instead of two as solo artist) or 10 artworks by less artists ( you can participate with more artists and more artworks for each artist without restrictions if there are free spaces to assign ) to the Dubai Art Show 2026 and you will, unpack, hang them and uninstall, repack and collect them personally at the end of the event, or we can do it all if you choose to send the artworks with us via our partner, the international logistic company : for this option READ the page "SEND ARTWORKS WITH US".

 

Information for Artists, Groups and Galleries : 

⬇️IMPORTANT⬇️ 

If you want to bring your works of art to the "Dubai Art Show®" 2026 instead to send them with us, after removing the works from the packages, your empty cardboards / packages cannot stay in the venue or in the building of Burj Al Arab during the "Dubai Art Show®", and you can bring them back in the Al Falak BallRoom to repack your works the next day at the end of the event and not before 4:45 p.m because there is not a place to store them and they are not allowed in the venue for reasons of security.

 

After the exhibition ends, artworks must be collected by artists, groups representative and gallerists if they weren't sent with us but they were brought directly to the Dubai Art Show®".

Artworks that are not collected within the first hour after the end of the event ( the end of the event will be at 5:00 p.m. ) on 29th April 2026, will be donated to the "Dubai Art Show®" and his artistic organization by : the artist, representatives of the participant galleries or representatives of the participant groups of artists, unless other arrangements have been made with our team, by losing all rights and value of each of the left and donated artworks. 

You will be assigned the exhibition spaces, to hang your works, by one person of our staff or by e-mail. Check the page " PLANS & MAPS ". You can choose the space/s and if available/s we will assign them to you.

Or, instead to have to do all by yourself, you can choose to send with us the artworks and we will take care of all the process of collecting from your address in your country, delivery to the venue, unpacking, hanging, remove empty packages from the venue, bring back the empties to the venue, uninstalling and repacking, delivery to the logistic company and sending them back to your country to your address. QR code 

All Artists, groups representative or art galleries have to create a QR code with a text under the QR code and send it to us( read the Selection Form ).

This QR code will send the visitors and collectors to the information you want to show about you or your artworks, for example your website, social networks, pdf on drive with description and prices, your contact or the information you prefer. The QR code it will be present in the Digital Catalogue. 

The text ( link ) under the QR code needs to be present as an alternative to the QR code to find the artwork's information, in case the code doesn't work. The text can be for example an E-mail address or an Instagram profile or a website, you can choose, but the text needs to be short and need to stay almost in the same space of the width of the lower side of the QR code, so not too much larger than the size of the QR code.

If you have issues to create a QR code, send only the text you want to be published in the Digital Catalogue.

An artist, a gallery or a group representative can create only one QR code for all artworks.

Artists, Groups Representative and Art Galleries can also choose to put the link of our official instagram profiles if they want to be represented by the organizer for a longer period or to be represented during the Dubai Art Show 2026 , here below the links :

Sales

Exhibited artworks do not need to be for sale, it is the artist’s choice.

For artworks that are for sale, prices and information may be available :

1) by asking to the present artists, gallerists or representatives of the groups of artists

Or

2) by clicking the following link*

( *If the artist, art gallery, group representative is represented by the organizer of the Dubai Art Show 2026 )

3) by scanning the QR code present in the Digital Catalogue for each published artist, group representative or art gallery.

or to the Artist's profile or to the link of the Group Representative or to the link of the Art Gallery. The price and details may be directly visibles or you can ask for them, depending on whether you will be directed to the social network or website or other type of profile chosen by the artist, group representative or art gallery).

Dubai Art Show 2026 does NOT retain any commission on the sales of the artworks during the event, the sale price of the artworks is paid to the respective artists except if the artist, group representative and art galleries choose to be represented for a longer period or to be represented during the Dubai Art Show 2026 by the organizers "The Most Famous Gallery" & " Scarfó Galleries ", in case to be represented, works will be displayed in our Official Sales Website :

Digital Catalogue

Each selected artist will have one work published in the Digital Catalogue created  for the "Dubai Art Show®" 2026, for free.

You want your artworks in the Catalogue. 

If you participate in the selection but you are not selected for the Dubai Art Show 2026, you can ask us to have one or more of your artworks in the Digital Catalogue, just fill the field and complete the information in the Selection Form and send it to cultureglobal@mail.com 

In this way you will have your artwork/s displayed with a small contribution to costs of 69€ for each artwork, to pay before 28th October 2025, the First Submission Deadline.

If you don't receive our reply after 72 hours, check your Spam, then contact us via a different link or send all the required information to our WhatsApp ( find all links and Whatsapp in the "Contact us" page).

Right of Information and image

Artworks and artists' details will and can be published on the Dubai Art Show 2026 website, social networks, all existing and future supports and media online and on physical supports indefinitely and possibly never deleted, all artists automatically agree and authorize to have their information, their image/s , videos, posts, and artworks worldwide published and/or shared totally or in part, also remixed in new contents or in composed promotions online and on physical supports, and places by organizers of the Dubai Art Show and all our present and future collaborators, when they, the artists, submit their artworks for the selection for the Dubai Art Show 2026, without asking for any compensation now or in the future for themselves or their properties and without asking to delete all their, and about them and their artworks, respective informations, images, videos or works in the present or in the future without limits of places, supports and date without asking for any compensation now or in the future for themselves or their properties.

Digital Catalogues can be purchased online or reserved at the Dubai Art Show 2026 by participant artists with a 10% discount.

Copyright & Social Media Permission

The "Dubai Art Show®" 2026 is an art fair considered an art expo / art show and we promote art. Therefore, permission for the posting of artist's images, videos and artworks on social media, social networks, on our websites, on press publications and or all other existing and future media and supports online and on physical supports is automatically granted by an artist, a gallery or a representative of a group of artists when an artwork is submitted also if is not selected to participate in the Dubai Art Show 2026 and the artists and groups representatives and art galleries will not ask for any compensation now or in the future for themselves or their properties or properties of the artists.

Images, videos of artworks in part or completely and also remixed may be chosen and published on our social networks and medias and all existing and future media online, digital and on physical supports and media to promote the exhibition, artists, collaborators, locations, organizers and all other institutions, enterprises, companies or brands part of our actual or future projects, locations, events and exhibitions.

Please note that artworks posted during the selection process are not automatically approved for the Dubai Art Show 2026.

Please note that we can only post some, not all, submitted artworks on social medias.

All artists, groups representative, art galleries that submit artworks by participating in the selection and/or are subsequently approved to participate and exhibit in the Dubai Art Show 2026 also automatically agree to have their work published in our Digital Catalogue for the 2026 Edition of the Dubai Art Show 2026 and they do not ask for a compensation now or in the future for themselves or their properties or properties of the artists.

CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS :

To participate there is a contribution to costs.

Read the page "CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS" to know all the details.

Reduced Contribution to Costs in the table are calculated on the basis of a number of artworks from 1 to 20 as a solo artist or group representative or art gallery.

You can participate with more than 20 artworks without limits, (depending on the availability of the spaces);

in the case of more than 20 artworks, to calculate the contribution to costs, you simply add the contribution to costs for each artwork or each group of artworks to the contribution to costs of your first 20 selected artworks ( if you need help to know the total amount of the contribution to costs, we can guide you, just contact us by specifying the number of artworks you would like to participate with, their respective sizes and specifying the spaces where you want to put the works ).

 

 

Acceptance of

discharge of liability 

 

The artists and the groups representatives and the art galleries, by submitting and / or by being selected to participate in the Dubai Art Show 2026 with their artworks or the represented owners/ creators or the artworks automatically accept this discharge of liability/ responsibility described below: 

Others no one but the artist, group representative and art galleries can be held responsible for the degradation, loss or theft of property entrusted and the company and its Manager and anyone other than the artist, art galleries and group representative decline any liability in the event of theft, loss or deterioration of artworks.

The insurance ( optional not obligatory to participate) costs covering these risks are borne by artist, group representative and art gallery.

The organizers and owners of "Dubai Art Show®" 2026 and his collaborators and the staff of the Burj Al Arab and visitors, cannot in any way be liable for damages that the works may undergo throughout the duration of the exhibition, transport or presence in the premises, including positioning, unpacking, hanging, un-hanging, repacking of the artworks and local or international shipping from and to artists' addresses, from and to groups' representative addresses and from and to art galleries' addresses, with these discharge of liability the artists and the art galleries and the groups representative agree not to ask any compensation of any kind, now or in the future, for themselves or any of their properties or property of their represented artists in case of groups representative and art galleries.

The contribution to costs to participate to the Dubai Art Show 2026 is non-refundable; in case of force majeure or events and situations not dependent on Dubai Art Show 2026 and its organizers and collaborators, the location of the exhibition of the participants' artworks may change location, event and date, which will be communicated to the participants, and the sum paid will be used for the contribution to costs for the participation in the new location, event, emplacements and/or new date.

The artworks can be relocated to other emplacements in the venue without notice for security, disposition or any other reasons before or during the Dubai Art Show 2026 - Burj Al Arab - Al Falak BallRoom.

Burj Al Arab is not the responsible of the Dubai Art Show 2026, do not contact the Burj Al Arab Hotel to apply in the Dubai Art Show 2026.
