You can easily send your artworks, from your address to Dubai and receive them back, with our Official Partner "Airlink International UAE", an international logistic company specialized in the sector of the art fairs.

If you ship the artworks with our partner, we will take care of the Onsite Service, including transport and reception into the Burj Al Arab, from the warehouse of the logistic company in Dubai; then we will unpack, install/uninstall, repack and send your artworks back to Airlink International UAE that will resend you them to your country directly to your address in the same packages),

Just pay a small contribution to costs of €99 for 2 artworks, ( if you send 3 or 4 artworks, the contribution to costs will be €99€ x 2 = €198, if you send more, please calculate 99€ per one more than a couple of paintings, drawings or prints/digital art on canvas. Ex : 2 = €99; 3 or 4 = €198; 5 or 6 = €297 .... ),

instead to have to spend your precious time and money for flight to Dubai and back, hotel, food, and you will also avoid the difficulty of logistic and customs clearance.

Just follow the instructions of our Official Partner "Airlink International UAE".

Important:

if you decide to send and receive back your works with our Official Partner "Airlink International UAE" by paying them the shipping cost, you automatically accept to pay the contribution to costs of 99€ to Dubai Art Show's organizer for the " Onsite Service" : receive your artworks from Airlink International UAE, deliver to the venue, unpack, install/uninstall, repack and send them back to Airlink International UAE (to be sent back to your address in your country by them).

Shipment movement window :

( From Fifteenth March 2026 to First April 2026 )

No package will be collected after 1th April 2026 to meet timelines of the Exhibitor.

It means that we will collect your packages from you address from 15th March 2026 and not before, to 1th April 2026 and not after.

🔼Send the required information to all three E-mail addresses here above indicated, and wait to be contacted via E-mail or telephone by the Airlink International UAE to collect the package from your home, (always check your spam).

Shipping service is to pay to the logistic company Airlink International UAE,

and the Onsite Service of receiving, unpacking, installing, uninstalling, repacking and delivery to the international logistic company is managed by "Dubai Art Show®" 2026 and it is available for a small contribution to costs of €99 (Euro) every two artworks, that you can transfer to the organizer of the Dubai Art Show via a Bank Transfer or a Money Transfer Agency or our PayPal ( read the page "PAYMENT METHODS" : It need to be sent already converted in Euro to avoid any problem about money transfer, if this amount is blocked you cannot have the shipping service nor the installation service and your package will not be collected.

To make the reservation for Onsite Service that includes delivery/unpack/install/uninstall/repack/delivery, please send the payment of the contribution to costs of 99€ every two artworks, as soon as possible and before 27th December 2025 and notify us immediately by sending an E-mail of the screenshot of the payment + your complete name/s and last name/s + a readable photo of your valid ID ( front/back) or Passport to our address cultureglobal@mail.com

TO DO BEFORE SHIPPING 

1) Write your assigned number on the biggest side of each cardboard in a big size like in the image below. (We will give you the number/sector/position after selection).

 

2) Draw a big visible arrow to indicate the opening side of the package (image below) and write your name and last name as big as possible on the same side ( write the same names and last names present in your ID or Passport)

 

 3) The size of the package must be almost equal to his content + butter paper + bubble nylon ( not too much bigger than the total volume of the content + butter paper + bubble nylon).

Example: for an artwork of 50cm (Width) x 50cm (Height) x 4,5 cm (Depth), the cardboard can be 60 cm x 60 cm x 10 cm.

 

4) The only admitted material to insert in the cardboard to protect your artworks are the Butter Paper and Bubble Nylon ( image below ) otherwise your artwork will not be removed from the package and will not participate in the "Dubai Art Show®" and consequently you will lose your contributions to costs for participation and installation work and you will automatically renounce to any compensation or reimbursement.

 

5) The shipping box must be exclusively made of cardboard to avoid additional costs of: personnel, shipping, storage, transport to the Dubai Art Show venue, installation and disinstallation, unpacking and repacking, delivery to the warehouse of the shipping company and trasport back to your address.

 

If you want to ship the work in a wooden crate, you can insert the protective material you want, to protect the works, within the limit of choice among the permitted materials, not harmful or dangerous, for the packaging and international shipping of works of art. For wooden crate there will be other added costs to calculate.
